What to Expect
You’ll be guided through a full-body reset using sound frequencies and intentional cues that help bring your mind and body back into alignment.
During the session, we’ll move through all 7 major energy centers in the body—helping to release tension, restore balance, and create a sense of full-body renewal.
All you have to do is lie back, breathe, and receive.
