Magnesium Chloride

Spray on area morning and night- up to 4x a day for overall wellness. Best absorbed through feet, stomach, and underarms.

*Because Magnesium Mist has a high magnesium content, tingly/itchiness may occur if you are magnesium deficient. Start with a few spritz on your feet daily. Never spray on fresh shaved skin.

Applying topical magnesium chloride can help increase magnesium levels in the body. However, if the levels are severely low, the initial application of magnesium chloride may cause stinging or tingling sensations as the body adjusts to the increased levels of magnesium. This sensation should subside after repeated applications as the body becomes more acclimated to the higher magnesium levels.
